What are the procedures for installation of stage equipment?

What are the general procedures for installing stage machinery and equipment from "installation and commissioning of stage machinery engineering" to share with you?

Like other machinery and equipment, the installation process of stage machinery and equipment also needs to be leveled and grouted, so as to meet the requirements of installation technical specifications; and after debugging, commissioning, in line with the technical performance of the equipment, to achieve all design functions, the experience of qualified and delivered to use. As stage mechanical engineering is often a combination of a large number of equipment, in addition to all the individual equipment should meet their own technical requirements, equipment should also meet the functional requirements of stage technology, including the control equipment necessary for various functions. The entire installation and commissioning process should be conducted under the guidance of the installation and commissioning outline, and each important process should be recorded. If necessary, the supervision unit should sign and receive. After the installation is completed, the commissioning is complete and the procedures are complete, it is possible to enter the stage of acceptance and transfer.

1. Equipment open and check acceptance.

When the equipment arrives at the site according to the supply plan stipulated in the contract, the general contractor, the owner (or his representative), the supervisor and the supplier shall, in cooperation with each other, count, register and inspect the mechanical equipment one by one in accordance with the equipment packing list and the equipment technical documents, and inspect the important parts according to the stipulated quality standards. Check, check and transfer.

2, the basic axis (equipment positioning line)

According to the layout of the equipment and the axis or elevation line of the building, the installation datum line is drawn. Stage mechanical engineering is related to many or more equipments. The equipments connected or arranged with each other should be equipped with common installation datum line and elevation line. If necessary, general or permanent datum point should be buried to set up foundation position line and elevation line. Because of the corresponding relationship between the equipment on the stage and the equipment under the stage in the process layout, the basic axis of the stage plane should also be drawn in the grid top plane and each silo plane. The basic axis of the stage plane mainly includes the longitudinal axis (that is, the vertical center line of the stage) and the transverse axis of the equipment perpendicular to the vertical axis. Because the entrance line is the basic line of equipment installation, when determining the transverse axis, the entrance line (that is, the projection line of the interior surface of the building entrance wall) should be determined first. The construction error of the building entrance, i. e. the verticality and flatness of the wall surface, should be considered in the determination of the entrance line, and the smooth installation of the fire curtain should be given priority.

3. Equipment foundation inspection

The basic construction unit shall provide quality certificate for equipment foundation for inspection. If necessary, the strength of the foundation can be re-measured and the appearance of the foundation checked, mainly to see whether there are honeycomb, hemp surface, uneven surface defects. To measure and inspect the elevation, position and geometric dimension of foundation, it is necessary to inspect the coordinate position, embedded parts, elevation and center distance of anchor plate of anchor bolt or anchor plate of anchor bolt, and the center position and depth of the hole of anchor bolt (if any). Unlike other heavy equipment, stage machinery and equipment generally do not have a single independent basis, its relevance is strong, inspection should pay special attention to the size of the correlation between equipment.

4, equipment in place

For heavy equipment, large size or high installation position, the hoisting problem should be solved. For disassembly or installation of equipment with large parts, it is necessary to ensure that the key components such as the equipment base, frame and guide rail are in place, and then assemble other parts. For the stage under the platform, including the main elevator, auxiliary elevator, platform, vehicle turntable, from the determination of the basic axis to the equipment in place, we should pay close attention to the relevance of equipment.

5 precision detection and adjustment

Accuracy detection and adjustment is a key procedure in equipment installation. All position precision items and some shape precision items are within this scope. The work involves error analysis, dimension chain principle and precision measurement technology. It is an important procedure to ensure the installation quality. Precision detection is to detect the relative position errors between parts of equipment, such as perpendicularity, parallelism, coaxiality errors. During the adjustment, according to the technical requirements of equipment installation (stipulated by the specifications or design technical documents) and the results of precision testing, adjust the equipment itself and the position of each other, such as installation level, verticality, parallelism and so on. The adjustment of the supporting column of the main lifting platform is the key to the installation of the lifting platform. As the main elevator is multi-platform configuration, and is closely related to the side platform, the position error of the column, verticality, parallelism, the center distance error of the column, the relevant error of the elevator rail installed on the column, not only has a decisive impact on the performance of the elevator itself, but also has a close relationship with the main elevator auxiliary. The installation of auxiliary lifting platform, side platform, compensation lifting platform and other equipment and the overall function of the stage are also greatly affected, and special attention should be paid.

6, equipment fixed

Except for a small number of mobile equipment, all mechanical equipment must be firmly fixed on the basis of the equipment to prevent the occurrence of major accidents due to unstable fixation.

7. Disassembly, cleaning and assembly.

Removal, cleaning and reassembly shall be carried out for disintegrated mechanical equipment parts and equipment parts that have been stored for too long and have exceeded the rust-proof storage period. This kind of situation is uncommon in new theaters, and it will gradually increase with the passage of time after regular testing of equipment.

8, lubrication and equipment refueling

According to the type and quantity of lubricants specified in the design, the lubricating points are lubricated.

9. Equipment debugging

(1) single equipment debugging. Its main contents include: equipment initial position verification, design speed (or speed range) verification, movement limit range (stroke and stroke switch) adjustment, load (rated load and overload) verification, safety device (switch or loop) adjustment.

(2) commissioning of related group equipment. The main contents include: group motion (associated motion, non-associated motion, etc.), group motion safety control (interlocking conditions, synchronization errors, scene parameters, speed errors, etc.). The debugging of equipment and the debugging of control system are inseparable. Generally, most of the debugging of control performance is achieved through the debugging of equipment performance, and the debugging of control system is prior to the debugging of equipment. Records of equipment commissioning should be well prepared for archiving.

10. Equipment commissioning test

The trial run test of a single unit can be divided into three types: no load test, load test and movement accuracy test.

(1) No-load test is to check the installation accuracy of equipment and the stability of equipment, test the transmission, lubrication, hydraulic system is normal, sensitive, reliable and so on. The relevant parameters and performance should be tested under no load condition. For the parts that need to be run-in (such as open rack and gear drive), a certain time of idle operation is a necessary step before the equipment is put into use.

(2) load test is divided into two types: overload test and rated load test. The overload test mainly tests the load capacity of the equipment, the capacity of the load retainer, and the strength and stiffness of the load-bearing parts according to the specifications. The rated load test mainly examines the transmission system and safety devices of the equipment, such as the temperature rise and noise of each part, the normal, safe and reliable operation of the hydraulic transmission system and the control system. The commissioning under load condition is also the necessary work for running-in of the equipment, and its running quality has a great influence on the service life of the equipment.

(3) The motion precision test of the equipment is usually carried out according to the instruction after the load test, mainly checking the working precision of the equipment according to the design requirements, such as speed precision, stop precision and so on. Most of the tests are conducted independently before the equipment is checked and checked. At present, the domestic trial operation of equipment does not pay attention to, only do the test, and does not guarantee a certain operating time. It is inappropriate that equipment that needs to be run in (such as self-made gear rack mechanism, open gear transmission mechanism, etc.) is not run in. In addition to single equipment test, stage mechanical engineering also needs group equipment test, mainly for functional parameters inspection, such as synchronization accuracy of equipment, scene parameter settings, equipment interlocking, etc. An important part of equipment testing is the verification of the safety performance of equipment. During the commissioning of the equipment, test records and equipment inspection should be well done.

11. Equipment acceptance

Stage machinery and equipment shall be checked and accepted according to the stipulations of the engineering contract documents, design drawings and acceptance specifications.
